This question will be relevant to SWG token holders.

IMPORTANT! If you are a SWG token holder but previously have not logged into your account, then your SWG tokens will appear in your ETH wallet after registration is completed at account.swg.io. To see the SWG token balance on your ETH wallet, import the SWG token address (0x85E5cC7BB799B5aBE00Fd8eBb3EdD4FF095789b9) into MetaMask.

1. To start exchanging SWG tokens for SWGT tokens, you should...

1) …go to the Exchange Tab by clicking the Exchange icon or the Exchange button on the Dashboard.

2) On the Dashboard exchanged SWGT tokens are displayed in the Seed round line.

3) SWG balance you can see on the Dashboard, and the Exchange tab.

IMPORTANT! You can see the balance of SWG tokens (on the wallet or the Keeper) only if your wallet with SWG tokens is connected to the https://account.swg.io/ account.

2. Step 1 - Agree to the Token Subscription Agreement

The document will appear automatically.

1)... view or download Token Subscription Agreement

2) If you have any questions, please, contact support at legal@swg.io. To do this, follow the links.

3) After you have read the document, agree with it by clicking the checkbox.

4) If you agree with the Token Subscription Agreement, click the Sign button.

5) If you disagree with the Token Subscription Agreement, click the cross.

If you close the document, you can return to it by clicking the Review and Sign button.

No further action is possible until the agreement is signed.

3. Step 2 - Exchange Details
​

3.1 To exchange your SWG tokens on the Keeper for SWGT tokens

1) Сlick Exchange SWG from Keeper tab.

2) Enter the ETH wallet address to which are your SWG tokens on the Keeper connected.

IMPORTANT! Connect and open an account in MetaMask with the address indicated in the “ETH wallet address in Keeper” line, since this is the address that will sign the exchange transaction.

3) Enter the ETH wallet address to which you would like to get your SWGT tokens.

IMPORTANT! After the exchange, SWGT tokens will be locked on the SWGT Keeper smart contract and assigned to this ETH wallet address. You can not see them in MataMask until the tokens are unlocked and withdrawn to your wallet. See How to withdraw SWGT tokens to my ETH wallet.

4) Enter the number of SWG tokens you would like to exchange.

5) Carefully read information about the exchange process.

IMPORTANT! The exchange will consist of two steps:

6) Click the Exchange button to start the Exchange process.

7) If you do not want to make an exchange, click the Back button.

3.2 To exchange SWG tokens on the Wallet for SWGT tokens

1) Сlick Exchange SWG from the Wallet tab.

2) Enter the ETH wallet address where you hold your SWG tokens.

IMPORTANT! Connect and open an account in MetaMask with the address indicated in the “ETH wallet address where you hold SWG tokens” since this address will sign the exchange transaction.

3) Enter the number of SWG tokens you would like to exchange.

4) Enter the ETH wallet address to which you want your SWGT tokens.

IMPORTANT! After the exchange, SWGT tokens will be locked on the Keeper smart contract and assigned to this ETH wallet address. You can not see them in MataMask until the tokens are unlocked and withdrawn to your wallet. See How to withdraw SWGT tokens to my ETH wallet.

4) Enter the number of SWG tokens you would like to exchange.

5) Carefully read information about the exchange process.

IMPORTANT! The exchange will consist of two steps:

6) Click the Exchange button to start the Exchange process.

7) If you do not want to make an exchange, you can click the Back button.

4. Step 3 - Transaction processing
​

4.1 At the first transaction part, enter the Custom sending cap, click Next, and Approve the transaction fee in the MetaMask pop-up window.

The Custom sending cap should be the same as the number of SWG tokens to exchange (Step 2 Item 4).

4.2 At the second transaction part, click the Confirm button to approve the Total transaction fee.

IMPORTANT! Connect and open an account in MetaMask with the address indicated in the ETH wallet address where you hold SWG tokens since this address will sign the exchange transaction.

4.3 On the Exchange tab you can

1) Click the Transaction tab and check the transaction status.

2) Back to Exchange, if you want to make a new exchange order.

IMPORTANT! Transactions are performed automatically. No user action is required. The time taken to complete this process is 1 to 3 hours. You can not start a new order before the previous one expires.
