Prepare: Have your account email, billing details, and reason for cancellation ready.
Request Cancellation: Ask the representative to process your cancellation.
Confirm: Request email confirmation and note the agent’s name.
Note: Phone agents may direct you to cancel online, as eharmony typically requires cancellations via your account.

Go to Profile > Account Settings > Billing & Subscriptions.
Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Confirm cancellation and save the confirmation email.

Important Notes
Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access until the billing cycle ends.
No Prorated Refunds: Canceling mid-cycle won’t refund unused time.
Monitor Charges: Check bank statements post-cancellation to ensure no renewals.
Avoid Scams
No “Secret” Numbers: Use only the official eharmony phone number or website.
Beware Phishing: Never share passwords or payment details over unsolicited calls/emails.
