To show a popup on button or link click, you can do that from the Link Picker. You have the option to select Popup and select the popup name that you gave when creating the popup.
Click Edit Link after selecting your preferred button or link you want to attach to your popup:
Then, click Popup in the link menu. From there, you can select which popup you want to attach to the button/link via the dropdown menu:
