To send form submissions, purchases & quiz/survey submissions to a specific list, simply navigate to the Settings Button on your Form/Checkout or Quiz.
One of the options presented to you will be to Connect To Email Marketing.
This button will prompt you as to which list you would like to add submissions to:
You will also have the ability to Tag Contacts upon the submission of the form as well using the Tag Contacts On New Message Radio Button.
