Overview: A walkthrough of how to troubleshoot login issues in SwiftComply Backflow

If you're unable to log into SwiftComply, please follow the following steps -
1. Reset Your Password
It's possible that you're entering the wrong password, or your browser's auto-populate function isn't putting in the correct information.
To ensure you're entering in the correct information, please reset your password following the steps below -
- Click, Forgot your Password? below the login button. 
- Once clicked, enter your email address and select Request Password Reset. A link will be sent to your email account allowing you to create a password for your account. - **Note - you may need to check your SPAM folder. - ***Note - The password link will expire after 1 hour. If your link expired, you'll need to repeat the steps above and get a new link. 
- Check your email inbox for an email with the subject line "SwiftComply Password Reset Request". 
- Open the email and click the link that says "Password Reset" - Enter the password you'd like to use, following the rules below, in each field and click "Reset Password" - **Password Rules: - -At least 8 characters in length - - Not be based on a dictionary word - - Has not appeared in public lists of compromised passwords (Click here to check) 
- Try logging in again and see if its successful. If not, please clear your browser cache and cookies. 
2. Clear your Cookies/Cache in your Web Browser
Web browsers save a lot of data and sometimes they need to be refreshed in order to work well with SwiftComply.
- Open up your web browser, access it's settings and clear the cached data. Each web browser has a little bit of a different workflow so select which browser you use to get the correct instructions: 
- Once you've cleared your cache, close down your browser completely. 
- Reopen your browser, and go to the SwiftComply portal 
- Try logging in again. If still unsuccessful, reach out to the SwiftComply support team at support@swiftcomply.com.
