How to see if You're Approved to Start Submitting Test Reports
After registering through the Tester Registration Site (TRS) and receiving your Welcome email, your city or organization will need time to review and approve your user account and test kit information. This typically takes up to 48 hours, so please give them time before following up.
Here’s how to check your approval status:
Step 1: Check Your User Account Status
Log into your SwiftComply account.
Go to the Service Providers tab.
Select your service provider company from the list.
Click the “Users” tab.
Find your name in the list.
If your status shows "Approved" and there’s an “Approved Until” date matching your certification, your account is ready.
If the “Approved Until” field is blank, your account is still awaiting review.
👉 Contact your city or organization directly for approval status.
Step 2: Check Your Test Kit Approval
From within the same service provider company record, go to the “Test Kits” tab.
Locate your test kit in the list.
If you see a green checkmark under Compliance, your test kit has been approved.
If you see three dots (•••) instead, the test kit is still awaiting review.
👉 Reach out to your city/org to check on the status.
⏳ Reminder
Please allow your city or organization at least 48 hours after receiving your Welcome message to review your submission before reaching out.
If you’ve waited and still don’t see approval, contact your city/org directly for support.
