Step 1: Go to “Invoices”.
First, go to “Sales” on the left-hand side of the dashboard. After clicking on “Sales”, A drop-down menu appears.
Select “Invoices” from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Convert to a sales return.
Now, select or search for the sales invoice you would like to convert into a sales return and click on the drop-down menu at the end of the column.
Select the “Convert to Sales Return” option from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click on “Save”.
An invoice form appears with the details of the products and customer. Here, review the details and click on the “Save” option present at the bottom of the screen.
Congratulations! You have successfully converted a sales invoice into a sales return.
