Step 1: Go to “Customers”.
Select the “Customers” option from the dashboard on the left.
Now click on “+Add New Customers,” present at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Fill in the basic customer's details.
A new form appears. Here, enter the basic details like Name, mobile number, and email.
You can also add GSTIN number and the company name of the customer
Note: You can always add or edit the details later.
Step 3: Enter the opening balance.
Now, add an opening balance under the optional details section.
You can also add details like billing and shipping address, PAN number, date of birth, etc.)
Step 4: Click on “Save”.
Now, Click on the “Save Customer” button at the top right corner of the screen to add the customer.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a new customer and recorded an opening balance for the customer. A pop-up will appear at the top of the screen informing the same.
