How to add a digital signature to an invoice on Web

Step 1: Go to "Setting" & select "Digital Signature".

On the Swipe dashboard click on "Settings" & then select "Digital Signature"

Step 2: Select the correct file.

Click or drag the .PFX file of your digital signature to the highlighted area below.

Step 3: Upload your digital signature.

Once selected, confirm by clicking on upload.

Congratulations! You have successfully uploaded your digital signature on Swipe.

How can you sign your invoice with digital signature.

Step 1: Go to "Sales" dashboard & select your invoice.

Select the invoice you want to digitally sign and click on the respective action button.

Step 2: Select "Digital Sign PDF".

Now, under "Actions" select the digital sign PDF from the dropdown.

Step 3: Enter password & click on "Get Signed Document".

A pop-up appears asking for authentication. Fill in your password details and click on "Get Signed Document"

A digitally singed PDF file of your invoice will be downloaded successfully.
