Honor settings

Go to Settings > Notifications, find Swoo in question, enable Allow notifications, and enable Allow notifications, Display in status bar, Banners, and Lock screen notification

Go to Optimizer > % remaining > App launch, find Swoo in question, disable Manage automatically, and enable Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background

Open the background apps running screen, find Swoo in question, and swipe down on the app card. If a lock icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the app, it indicates that the app is locked. To unlock the app, swipe down again

Go to Settings > Battery, then disable Power saving mode or Ultra power saving mode

Open Settings, search for and access Battery optimization, touch the triangle icon, select All apps, find Swoo in question, and set it to Don't allow
