To verify your identity, follow these steps:
1. When you're asked to verify your identity, read the instructions and tap Continue.
2. Select the country where your identity document was issued and then select the type of document you want to provide.
3. Capture the front of your document. Make sure that the document fits completely into the frame, and that all the information is visible and easy to read. That's very important.
4. Tap Document is readable if everything is okay, or Retake photo if something is off.
5. Now, selfie check. Look straight into the camera and follow the instructions that you see.
That's it! You provided everything we needed, and we will now verify your identity. It usually takes a couple of minutes, but in some rare cases we might request some additional documents, and verification might take longer, up to a couple of days. Meanwhile, you can continue using the app. We’ll notify you about the verification status.
