My transaction is taking longer to process than indicated. What should I do?

A delay in processing may occur for several reasons:

  • Too many transactions are being processed at the same time

  • Technical issues are affecting the network

  • Security checks are in progress

To find out what happened and how to resolve it, contact our support team:

  • In-app chat (the "Chat" tab in the bottom navigation bar)

  • In-app form (“Menu” → ”Contact us via email”)
