To access some of the features in Swoo, you need to set both device and app protection. You're prompted to do so when you start adding your first bank card, buying your first crypto coin, or when you tap one of the banners that mention your wallet's safety.
Once you're presented with instructions on how to protect your wallet, just follow them:
1. Set device protection. Note that if it's already set, you won't be asked to do this, and you can proceed to the second step.
iOS
Tap Go to settings or manually open the Settings app. Find and choose Face/Touch ID & Passcode, tap Turn Passcode On, and follow the instructions. When you finish, go back to the app and proceed to the second step.
Android
Tap Go to settings or manually open the Settings app. Find and choose Security (if you can’t find “Security,” go to your device manufacturer’s support site for help), tap Screen lock, choose the lock option you'd like to use, and follow the instructions. When you finish, go back to the app and proceed to the second step.
2. Set a secret in-app code. If you're already logged in, tap Re-login and log in with the option you previously used. Then set a secret code and repeat it. If your device supports fingerprint or face recognition, you'll be asked to use them for faster unlocking of the app.
All done! Your wallet is extra safe now, and you can access all the features in Swoo.
