Your payment information is collected when you submit a reservation request. Once your vehicle is confirmed, your payment will be charged for the entire amount in order to lock in the reservation. This is usually 24-48 hours after your submit your reservation request. 

If the vehicle is unavailable, Swoop Concierge will contact you with three other options that are available and fit your transportation needs. You can then confirm if you want to proceed with one of the vehicles and to confirm payment.
