Each lesson you create can have assessment questions which can be multiple choice, or true/false.

To add an assessment: 

1. Select Add Question when editing the Lesson details. 

2. Edit the details by specifying the question stem and multiple choice answers. If creating a true/false question, enter True and False as the options. 

3. Identify the correct choice by checking the box next to the appropriate items.

At any point, you can view the output by clicking on the Preview button and navigating to the Knowledge Check section.
