The Synaptiq team has been busy building features to improve your learning experience. Over the past two weeks, the team has shipped the following updates:

The team made several adjustments to make our scheduling algorithm easier to understand so that you can take charge of your learning. Under the new system, every card has a Level that corresponds to how well you know the card. Cards you get right move up Levels, while cards you get wrong move down. Each Level has an Interval that corresponds to the next time you'll see the card. The following chart shows the default Levels and Intervals:

Even more exciting than an easier-to-understand algorithm is the ability to customize your experience! You can specify what the Levels and Intervals are for Levels 1-3, as well as the multiplier that dictates Levels 4 and beyond:

We centralized all Synaptiq support in our Chat Widget located in the bottom right corner of the app. You can now chat with us and read our docs all in one place. You can also search our docs as well:

We've introduced a fun new way to keep track of your reviews. As you hit certain review thresholds, you'll receive badges for your progress. Log in today to see your current rank!

It just got easier to find your cards in the Browse tab. We've added the ability to filter your cards by decks and sub-decks. Simply click the filter button to open the filter panel:
