If you decided to purchase Syncee or upgrade/downgrade your plan, please follow the steps below:

1, Log in to your Shopify store admin page
2, Click on apps
3, Click on the Syncee app (this way you login to Syncee automatically)
4, Find the "Subscription" page in the menu

5, Here you can see your Subscription details. As an example:

The plan which is colored differently is your existing subscription. If you would like to choose another plan, just click on your new choice. It will activate immediately, so just lean back and enjoy your new Syncee subscription right away. Shopify will charge the credit card that is added to your Shopify account. Adding Credit Card is not required in your Syncee account.

You are paying directly to Shopify, not Syncee, so please turn to their support staff eith financial issues.

If you upgrade or downgrade to another plan, Shopify will prorate the charge based on the difference between the prices and the number of days you used from your previous plan.

 For example, a merchant begins a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan then upgrades to $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle. The merchant would be charged $5.00 + ($15.00 - $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD.

The price will be prorated the same way when a user downgrades.
