We're constantly iterating this view based on what our users find helpful. This may not be up to date.

Payment Volume vs. Onboarded Clients

The left chart reflects how many of your clients are using SynchPay as well as how many total payments they've made.

  • Total signups is how many people your practice has onboarded to SynchPay

Payments by Month

This chart reflects your accounts receivable via SynchPay. Hopefully received will be almost exactly equal to billed! Patients Seen only includes those who paid with SynchPay for now, but more is coming soon!

Manage company bank accounts and export data

Add a new bank account

Click "new" in the top left of the screen. You will need to have the login information for the account as well as verify an OTP code. Message us with the chat icon in the bottom right if you have any issues.

Change your default bank account

The second column is an active checkbox column. To change your bank account, unclick the checkmark on your current bank account and then click the checkmark on your new desired bank account. Click "save" at the bottom of your screen.

Note that you need to uncheck the current default account before checking the new one.

See your payment history and details

Move your mouse over an account's row until it turns grey, and then click the second icon from the right (all the way on the side of your screen) that says "show transfers". You can then filter by date, sender, and amount, as well as download a subsection or all of your data.

Note that these are single-purpose bank account numbers and are not as sensitive as traditional bank account numbers.
