Take a screen shot of the page you’re working on and getting the error or getting stuck
If you can take a video (this is very helpful but not at all a requirement)
If you get an error note the approximate time it happened this helps us look through the logs to see if we can find out what happened.
Provide as much information as possible about
What you did when it happened
What your expectation was
Any error that appeared
The URL of the page you were on when you struck the difficulty.
If you get stuck, we are here to help, however there a few quick things you can do to make sure we can help as quickly as possible.
