📌 Assigning Roleplay Sessions is only available to managers, enablement admins, and organization admins.
You need to publish your Roleplay Session before you can assign it. To learn more, see How do I publish Roleplay Session?
Once a Roleplay Session is published, managers or admins assign it to their team to begin training. Assigning a Roleplay Session tells learners they're expected to complete it and gives them access from the Learn App. Learners can then take the Roleplay Session on their own time, and you can track their progress in real time.
Navigate to the Roleplay Session
In the Learn App, find the Roleplay Session you want to assign.
Go to the Content tab under the Manage section
Locate your published Roleplay Session.

What your learner sees
An email — "You have been assigned a Roleplay," with a View assignment button.
A Slack message (if your Slack integration is enabled) — "New Roleplay assigned."
In the portal — under My assignments, the roleplay shows Status: Assigned with a Start button. Learners can retake it as often as they like and track their growth under My progress.

✍️ Learners also get automatic reminders on Day 1, Day 3, and Day 7 if they haven't finished, so you don't have to chase them.
💡 Learners will only ever see their own data.

Can learners see each other's scores?
No. Each learner sees only their own attempts and scores. Managers and admins see aggregate and individual data. Performance data is never shared between peers.
