On the Free version you can create and share roleplays by link, and recipients open them without signing in, but there is no portal, no assignment, and no analytics. To compare plans, check out How do I choose the right Roleplay Sessions plan?
The Learner Portal is the platform where learners go to complete Roleplay Sessions. It's also where managers and admins assign Roleplay Sessions, and track progress and completion across their teams and organization.
Roleplay Sessions are still created in the Synthesia app. Once a creator publishes a Roleplay Session to the Learner Portal, it becomes available for managers and admins to assign to learners.
