Blank screen / site not loading

If the Synthetix app isn’t loading, or you only see a blank screen, don’t worry this is usually caused by a browser or cache issue.

Common Causes

  • Outdated browser version.

  • Corrupted cache or cookies.

  • Browser extensions (like adblockers) interfering.

  • Internet connection issues.

  • Temporary outage on our side.

Steps to Fix

  1. Refresh the page

    • Sometimes a simple refresh is enough.

  2. Clear cache & cookies

    • In your browser settings, clear browsing data and reload the page.

  3. Disable extensions

    • Turn off adblockers, privacy extensions, or VPNs that may block connections.

  4. Try another browser

    • Chrome or Brave usually work best. Safari often causes issues.

  5. Check your internet connection

    • Make sure your connection is stable.
