Why is my balance not showing or not correct?

If your wallet balance or staked amount isn’t appearing in the Synthetix app, it’s possibly a small connection issue.

Common Causes

  • Wallet not connected properly.

  • Wrong Wallet connected.

  • Wrong network selected in your wallet.

  • Delay in refreshing data from the blockchain.

  • Browser extensions or cache blocking the app.

Steps to Fix

  1. Disconnect your wallet

  2. Reconnect your wallet

    • Double check you are using the correct wallet.

  3. Check your network

    • Make sure your wallet is set to Ethereum Mainnet.

  4. Refresh the page

    • A quick reload often updates balances correctly.

  5. Clear cache or try another browser

    • Clear your browser cache/cookies.

    • If the issue continues, try Chrome or Brave.

  6. Check on a block explorer

    • Search your wallet address on Etherscan.

    • If your tokens show there, your wallet is fine, it’s just a display issue in the app.

Still Not Working?

If your balance isn’t showing anywhere (including Etherscan), check:

  • Did you send tokens to the correct address?

  • Are the tokens supported on Synthetix?
