I have Synths, what can I do with them?

Updated over a week ago

If you are still holding Synths (sUSD, sETH, sBTC, sLINK etc.), please be aware that the legacy Synth system has now been deprecated.

What this means

  • You can no longer trade Synths in the old system.

  • Synths are no longer backed by active SNX staking positions.

What you can do

  1. Check your wallet

    • Make sure you are connected to the correct network (Ethereum or Optimism).

  2. Redeem / Swap your Synths

    • You may still be able to swap certain Synths back to sUSD through via supported protocols like Curve.

  3. If you cannot swap

    • Contact support, provide your wallet address, and ask for an agent.

    • An agent can review your balances and advise if redemption is still possible.

โš ๏ธ Important: The balances you see for Synths may not always reflect what is redeemable, due to the deprecation process.
