RECIPE>  +ADD Items from Search > Amount Used

• When you've searched for and found the correct ingredient, click the  +ADD button to move the item from Search to the actual RECIPE.

• The item information will transfer to the Recipe and will require you to provide the AMOUNT USED

NOTE:  Amount Used =  quantity and unit of measure, ie  8 oz, .25 lb   or 6 ct.   Enter quantity – or amount – in the box (ie. .25) then select UNIT OF MEASURE from the drop down  (ie. lb or gal)

NOTE:  What if the Unit of Measure you need isn't an available option?    We'll review this next in:  MORE OPTIONS   - customizing UNIT OF MEASURE  & Ingredient YIELD adjustments

• Once the correct Amount Used is entered, the cost will calculate for that ingredient line.
• Click the Blue Check mark to save and continue. If you've made an error, you can click the blue pencil to edit the Amount Used –or click the Blue Garbage Can to delete the entire ingredient from the RECIPE
• Search for next ingredient in the RECIPE.  Repeat the process until you've added all the ingredients.

> If you're done adding ingredients, the RECIPE should be complete. (it's auto-saved as you go)  The cumulative cost of the ingredients will calculate as the COST PER RECIPE  and COST PER SERVING in the RECIPE header

> Review for accuracy,  name & image.
