You don't have to know food cost to engineer your menu, but we recommend it.

Menu analysis is the backbone of menu engineering - key to standard rules of menu layout and design.  Analysis prompts you to keep up with industry trends and the competition in your area. For menu analysis that's not cost-based, ask your Marketing Associate for ideas or work with your Sysco Business Resources team.
