Using an Image as a Watermark behind Text

Logos or Pictures can be used as a "watermark" or custom background

When you add an image to a design - and click on it - the image tools will pop up -  where you can make adjustments to "level"  (put behind text, shapes and other images) and adjust the "opacity level" ... use that to make the image just visible & screen the pic in the background.    It is perfect for logos or  text -  to create more of a formal "watermark"
