Can't Log In using Safari?

We recommend using CHROME as your internet browser, but - if you're using Safari, and having trouble, here's a work-around.

If it is not allowing you to log in to the Sysco Studio Application via Safari Browser:
Change the safari privacy settings and it should allow you to login into the application without any issue.

  • Open a Safari Browser

  • Safari--> Preferences--> Privacy

  • Uncheck the 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' option

  • Close the Browser

  • Open a new Safari window and try to log in again.
