If you miss a payment, and want to pay bank transfer instead, you'll need to send the money from a bank account held in your own name.

We cannot accept bank transfer payments unless you contact us in advance to make arrangements and to get our bank account details.

This is to ensure your transfer is safely credited to your account without delay.

Keep in mind that you must make payment from an account in your own name. A joint account may be used provided you have sole signatory authority on the account.
