If you fail to make a Monthly Payment, Tabeo will inform you accordingly and attempt to collect payment after 7 calendar days. If this is unsuccessful, we will try again 14 calendar days after the original payment date.
The Plan will be suspended from the date of the first failed payment and will resume once you have made payment of all outstanding fees payable to your Practice. We will inform the Practice about any missed payment.
Access to all treatment and benefits covered under the Plan will cease from the date of the first failed payment and no dental visits will be paid during this period.
If you fail to make two successive Monthly Payments, your Plan will end and may not be reactivated. You will be liable to pay to your Practice the undiscounted price of any unpaid treatments that you have received during that Plan Year.
