What happens if I lose aligners?

Please contact Tabeo on customers@tabeo.co.uk. This is to register the event. Like any customer, we may not hear back from SDC on this matter.

If SDC UK continued its support for customers, then SDC's treating dentist can advise the customer i) to wear the last set of aligners or ii) to move on to the next set.

If SDC UK determined that the customer needs a replacement aligner, SDC UK will send them the first aligner for free. Subsequent replacement aligners may be subject to a £70 surcharge depending on the circumstances.

If no replacement aligner is provided, the customer may qualify for a refund of £70.
