Tabeo will handle all complaints in line with our complaints policy. This includes section 75 claims against Healthcare Finance Limited, who engages us as a loan servicer. Our policy aims to treat customers fairly and respectfully. We will act in accordance with FCA regulations for handling complaints and will respond within the required time periods.
