Please find a list of fees you'll commonly find in the food ordering industry below. We also outline how Tablevibe is reducing these fees or eliminating them entirely.

  • Subscription fees: Recurring fees restaurants pay to get access to a food ordering service. Tablevibe does not charge any subscription fees for its ordering services.

  • Commission fees: Fees restaurants pay to receive an order. Tablevibe does not charge any commission to restaurants.

  • Delivery fees: Fees delivery companies charge to cover logistics. Tablevibe exclusively partners with industry leaders (eg. DoorDash, Grab, Foodpanda, UberEats) to deliver food. We do not mark up delivery fees, which is why we offer the best rates in the market. By default, customers pay for deliveries. To make direct ordering more appealing to customers, restaurants have the option to cover (part of) these delivery fees. Our current delivery fees are:

    • Australia: A$10.99 (first 3km included) + A$1/km

    • Canada: C$8.50 flat fee

    • United States of America: US$7 flat fee

    • Singapore: S$6 base + $1/km

    • Other markets: Please reach out to us for more information.

  • Transaction fees: Our partner Stripe may charge a transaction fee to cover payment processing costs. Transaction fees are automatically deducted from the amount Tablevibe transfers to restaurants.

  • Return fees: Delivery companies may charge a return fee if the order cannot be delivered. Tablevibe does not mark up return fees.

  • Service fees: These are the fees customers pay when they place an order. Service fees amount to 2% for pickup orders and 5% for delivery orders. Service fees are automatically deducted from the amount Tablevibe transfers to restaurants. To make direct ordering more appealing to customers, restaurants have the option to cover (part of) these service fees.
