What should I do if my order was cancelled?

We are sorry to hear your order has been cancelled, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

When your order is cancelled, you will be notified via SMS or Viber and automatically receive a full refund to your original method of payment. You may immediately place a new order with one of our restaurants. There is no need for further action.

We process refunds immediately. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method. Specifically:

  • E-wallets (GCash, Maya): Up to 1 business day, usually same day.

  • Credit Cards: 3-14 business days.

  • Direct debit (BPI, UBP): 7-10 business days.
