What should I do if my order was cancelled?

We are sorry to hear your order has been cancelled, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

When your order is cancelled, you will be notified via SMS/Viber and automatically receive a full refund. You can immediately place a new order with one of our restaurants.

Refunds are processed immediately. It may take up to 2 days for the refund to appear in your GCash wallet.
