What should I do if my delivery order was damaged?

Sorry about that. Here’s how to resolve it quickly:

1. Open your order
Open the tracking link you received via SMS/Viber or tap the clock icon (top right) in GCash Food Hub to find your order.

2. Contact the restaurant
Use the contact details provided to reach the restaurant.

3. Request a resolution
The restaurant can assist with a refund or replacement. Minor issues like small spills or dents can happen during delivery and may not qualify for compensation.

Can’t reach the restaurant?
If the restaurant doesn’t answer your call, try calling again. If you use email, it may take up to 1-2 days to receive a response.

Please contact the restaurant first, as they can assist you fastest and we’re only able to assist after you’ve attempted to reach them.

If you’ve tried these steps and can’t reach the restaurant, email hello@tablevibe.co with your order number and restaurant name, and mention “Can’t reach the restaurant” in the subject line. We’ll follow up.
