What should I do if my delivery order was damaged?

We are sorry your order was damaged. Minor damages like cup spills or cake dents may naturally occur during the delivery process. We kindly ask for your consideration and understanding.

For significant damages or spoiled items, please contact the restaurant directly via the contact details provided in the tracking link sent to you via SMS or Viber. You can also open the GCash Food Hub app, tap the clock icon in the top right corner, and select your order to find your tracking link and the restaurant contact details. They may be able to provide a (partial) refund to you.
