Here’s what you can do:
1. Open your order
Open the tracking link you received via SMS/Viber or tap the clock icon (top right) in GCash Food Hub to find your order.
2. Contact the restaurant
Use the contact details provided to request a cancellation or change. After placing an order, it may not be possible to cancel or reschedule, especially once the restaurant has started preparing it.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled, you’ll automatically Viber/SMS message and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed immediately and may take up to 2 days to appear in your GCash wallet.
