What should I do if I want to reschedule or cancel my order?

After placing and paying for an order, the restaurant may have started preparing your order. It may therefore not be possible to reschedule or cancel your order. We kindly ask for your consideration and understanding.

You can check your order status via the tracking link you received via SMS or Viber. You can also track your order in the GCash app. Go to GCash Food Hub, tap the clock icon in the top right corner, and select your order.

If the restaurant hasn’t started preparing your order yet, you can contact the restaurant directly via the contact details provided. If the order is cancelled, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original method of payment. You may immediately place a new order. There is no need for further action.

We process refunds immediately. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method. Specifically:

  • E-wallets (GCash, Maya): Up to 1 business day, usually same day.

  • Credit Cards: 3-14 business days.

  • Direct debit (BPI, UBP): 7-10 business days.
