For any questions about your order, please contact the restaurant directly.

1. Open your order
Open your tracking link (SMS/Viber) or tap the clock icon (top right) in the GCash Food Hub app to find the restaurant’s contact details.

2. Contact the restaurant
Use the contact details provided to reach the restaurant. If the restaurant doesn’t answer your call, try calling again. If you use email, it may take up to 1-2 days to receive a response.
