You can contact the restaurant directly via the number provided at the bottom of the tracking link sent to you via SMS or Viber. You can also open the GCash Food Hub app, tap the clock icon in the top right corner, and select your order to find the restaurant contact details.
If the restaurant shared an email address, please share your question via email. You can expect a response within two business days. If the restaurant provides phone support and their line is busy, please try calling again in 3-5 mins.
If you are still unable to reach the restaurant after trying these options, you can contact the Tablevibe team, the company powering GCash Food Hub, at hello@tablevibe.co.
Please include “I can’t reach the restaurant” in the subject line and share your order number in the email body. Kindly also describe the steps you took to contact the restaurant. We will ensure that someone from the restaurant reaches out to you.
