Getting value out of Tablevibe all starts with customers scanning your QR code. Based on Tablevibe’s experience, here are some of the best practices to help you maximize response rates.

1. For Dine-in customers

1.1 Staff training

  • Train staff to ask for feedback from customers after they finish their meal.

  • Organize a staff competition and award a bonus to the waiters with the most and the best ratings. Use the Tablevibe dashboard to support this effort.

1.2. Present QR code to your customers (examples here)

  • Create a short call-to-action (eg. “Rate us & get a $8 voucher!”)

  • Print QR codes on a table sticker or display them in a table standee. If you use a bill folder, you can present the QR code to your customers there too.

  • Use a color that makes the QR code card/sticker stand out

  • More visibility = better results.

2. For takeaway/delivery customers

2.1 Present QR code to your customers (examples here)

  • Create a short call-to-action (eg. “Rate us & get a $8 voucher!”)

  • Packaging label, sticker, bag seal and/or card that's stapled onto the bag.

  • Use a color that makes the QR code card/sticker stand out.

  • More visibility = better results.
