After you sign up, one of our account managers will reach out to help you get the best out of Tablevibe. You can always contact this expert for questions or matters that cannot be solved via our order management system. We offer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

With Tablevibe, you receive the name, email, and phone number of your customer. In the unlikely scenario that anything goes wrong, you can cancel the order, provide a refund, and update your customer in just 1 click. You can also use the details to contact your customer directly.

Your customers get access to a comprehensive tracking page that includes the phone number of the restaurant they ordered from.

Delivery drivers are booked automatically by Tablevibe. For every booking, you receive the driver's name and phone number. Once the driver has picked up the order, your customers also receive a copy of the driver tracking link via SMS. Customers don't have to download an app to track the driver.

Based on our experience, your staff will spend no more than 5 minutes per location per day answering any questions from drivers or online customers. On most days, your staff won't receive any questions.
