Depending on your settings and preferences, you or your customers pay a service fee to Tablevibe on the subtotal amount of each order.

  • Dine-in orders: Starting from 2% or ₱1,000/location/month if you are in the Philippines.

  • Pickup & delivery orders: Starting from 6%.

Minimum Service Fees

We require restaurants to meet a minimum monthly service fee per location, referred to as the Minimum Service Fee. In the Philippines, this fee is typically ₱1,200/location/month. The Minimum Service Fee helps cover baseline operational costs and ensures uninterrupted access to our platforms and services.

Example:

Assume you onboard 10 locations for our delivery and pickup online store solution. We charge a 6% service fee per transaction and apply a Minimum Service Fee of ₱1,200/location/month.

The total Minimum Service Fee across your 10 locations is ₱12,000 per month.

To meet this minimum, your locations should collectively generate at least ₱200,000 in monthly sales (₱200,000 × 6% = ₱12,000). If your sales meet or exceed this amount, we will not charge Minimum Service Fee balances.

If total monthly sales across your 10 locations is less than ₱200,000—

for example, ₱150,000—the 6% service fee would amount to ₱9,000 (₱150,000 × 6%). In this case, we would charge the ₱3,000 difference to reach the ₱12,000 Minimum Service Fee, billed via credit card.

Other Services

We also offer add-on services like Customer Review Growth (feedback surveys) and Order Management & Marketing campaigns. These services can be accessed for a subscription fee. Please contact one of our restaurant experts for more details.
