We offer a wide range of price incentives to help you drive orders.

  1. Loyalty program (cashback): Give back a percentage of the order value when customers reorder within a specific time frame (eg. 30 days).

  2. Discounts: Provide a discount (eg. 10% or $10 off) on your entire menu or a specific menu category.

  3. Reduced (or free) delivery: Offer free or cheaper deliveries based on how much a customer spends.

  4. Promo codes: Offer permanent or one-off promotions to your customers.

We offer the following options to customise promo codes:

  • Date range: Set start date and end date. For promotions on specific dates (eg. Feb 14 only), use that date as start and end date.

  • Type of discount: %, fixed amount, free delivery, free product.

  • Products: All or selected.

  • Order Value: Set a minimum order value for the promo to apply. Maximum value setting is not available.

  • Locations: All or selected.

  • Day of the week: All or selected.

  • Hour of the day: All or selected.

  • Customer type: All, new or existing customers.

  • Order type ("Channel"): Dine-in, Pickup or Delivery.

  • Visibility: Visible to everyone or hidden. Hidden promotions are redeemable only when the promo code is manually entered at checkout.

  • A combination of the above.

Known promo code limitations

  • No $0 orders: For free product promotions, we require customers to purchase at least one other product. We are unable to process $0 payments.

  • Not at modifier level: Promo codes cannot be applied to modifiers (eg. promo applies only to cappucino's with oat milk, not cappucino's with cow milk).

  • No base price changes: We do not offer promos that set a new base price for a range of products (eg. multiple products with a different base price are discounted to $5). You can apply a % discount (eg. 50%) or fixed amount discount (eg. $5) for each product instead.

  • No "Buy 1 get 1 Free": We do not offer promos where 1 product is free if people purchase an other product. Instead, you can add a "1+1 offer" as a product (eg. breakfast set with free coffee) or offer a free product with a certain minimum spend (eg. Free coffee with purchases over $20).

  • No maximum order value: We support a minimum order value, but not a maximum order value.

  • Not stackable: Promotions are not stackable. Users can only apply one promo code per order.
