Immediately after your customers place an order, an order notification sound will ring and the following overlay will appear on the mobile app.
You have the option to Confirm or reject (trash bin) an order. Once an order has been accepted, you may Choose preparation time and delivery method. By default, Book a rider is selected as the option. This prompts the system to book a rider with one of our delivery partners depending on the expected delivery time.
You also have the option to Deliver myself, which means you may use your own fleet of riders or book a courier outside of the Tablevibe system. Delivery fees paid by the customer will remain in your payout account.
Please note that your Tablevibe app should be open for the order notification sound to ring loudly, but you will still receive push notifications regarding the new order.
