Immediately after your customers place an order, an order notification sound will ring and the following overlay will appear in your dashboard.

You have the option to accept or reject an order. In some countries like Singapore, you can also choose between a car and a bike delivery option.

Please note that your dashboard must be visible on your tablet screen for the order notification sound to ring.
