Yes, you can pause taking orders by clicking on the pause order button. This means customers will no longer be able to place orders.
Pausing orders means all orders will be stopped, including preorders. We take your business hours into consideration, so there's no need to pause orders when your restaurant is closed.
To maximise your margins we recommend to first pause orders on third-party apps (eg. Delivery apps) first.
On kitchen.tablevibe.co, go to Locations Settings > search for the location > select which channel you would like to Pause (Delivery, Pickup, Dine In). If you use a Sunmi device or our mobile app, this will be displayed on your Settings tab.
You can select a time window (eg. 30 minutes). We recommend to not pause orders for more than 1 hour unless absolutely required. Your shop will re-open automatically after this time.
Note: Users with Collaborator access only have access to pause until 3 hours. Should they need to pause beyond that, they will need to contact an Admin user to pause Indefinitely.
