Yes, you can pause taking orders by clicking on the pause order button. This means customers will no longer be able to place orders.

Pausing orders means all orders will be stopped, including preorders. We take your business hours into consideration, so there's no need to pause orders when your restaurant is closed.

To maximise your margins we recommend to first pause orders on third-party apps (eg. Delivery apps) first.

On kitchen.tablevibe.co, go to "Live Orders" and click on "Pause Orders". If you use a Sunmi device or our mobile app, this will be displayed on your main page.

You can select a time window (eg. 30 minutes). We recommend to not pause orders for more than 1 hour unless absolutely required. Your shop will re-open automatically after this time.
