The Tablevibe order management app can be downloaded on any Android tablet or mobile phone via Google Play store. Simply download the app and log in to your account to start accepting orders. We recommend a tablet or mobile phone with at least 4gb of RAM and Android version 10 or better.
The Tablevibe app is currently not supported on IOS or Huawei tablets. You may access orders on these devices by logging in to our browser portal at kitchen.tablevibe.co and then going to the Live Orders tab but this method is not recommended since there are no push notifications without using our app. You must also keep the browser running on the foreground at all times in order to hear the sound notifications.
Ensure that your tablet does not go to sleep so that you will continue to receive order notifications. Adjust this on your device settings.
