How do I automatically accept orders?

Auto-accept orders

With Tablevibe, you can automatically accept orders. Go to your dashboard, click on Locations, and select Order settings to turn auto-accept off or on.

You can select the time after which orders will be automatically accepted. Click Save to save your settings. Please note that you have to add this setting for each location separately.

  • Immediately

  • 5 seconds

  • 10 seconds

  • 30 seconds

  • 1 minute

  • 5 minutes

If you don't select immediately, you still have the opportunity to accept or reject the order manually. For example, if you select 30 seconds, you can manually accept or reject an order for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the order will be automatically accepted.


Auto-accept orders + automated receipt printing

If you're using a Sunmi terminal, you can automatically print receipts when the rider is assigned (delivery order) or when a pickup order is paid. This means your staff no longer has to manually accept orders or print receipts, but simply send the order to the kitchen when a receipt is printed.

It typically takes 10-20 minutes for the rider to arrive at your restaurant, which gives your kitchen staff sufficient time to prepare the order. In case a product is out of stock, your staff can still call customers to offer a replacement item or cancel the order until the driver has arrived.

Enabling this setting reduces ordering errors (no orders can be missed), delivers the fastest order experience to your customers, and maximizes staff efficiency.

To enable this setting, go to your dashboard, click on Locations, and select Order settings. Set auto-accept orders to on and auto-accept orders after to immediately. Click Save to save your settings.

Once done, select Sunmi settings, set Enable Sunmi? to On and Receive notification on to Rider Assigned. Click Save to save your settings. Please note that you have to add these settings for each location separately.
