With Tablevibe, you can easily boost customer loyalty by offering cashback if customers order again within a set timeframe.

Log in to kitchen.tablevibe.co, go to Marketing > Loyalty program, and turn on the switch. We recommend providing 5% cashback with a 30-day expiration window.

Tablevibe Loyalty Program

The cashback is automatically deducted from the order amount when a customer reorders from you. If the order amount is smaller than the outstanding cashback amount, the customer will lose the remaining cashback amount.

By turning on the Loyalty program you also turn on automated email alerts that remind customers of their expiring cashback. Please find an example below.
