We automatically subtract services fees and standard delivery fees from your customer payments. For most of our restaurant partners, the invoice is therefore just a reference, which can be kept for your records. The invoice email will state "You have no outstanding payment due, no action is required."

If (one of) the following applies to you, you may see an amount due on your invoice.

  1. You use one of our add-on services, like a custom URL or Sunmi device.

  2. You added priority to your deliveries or upgraded these from a bike to a car.

  3. Some of your customers did not pay online via Tablevibe. The service fee for these transactions will be billed directly to you.

We kindly request you settle the invoice within the payment term.
