How do I export my customer, order and product data?

You can export your customer, order and product data to a .csv file. This file can opened in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or other spreadsheet software.

  1. Go to kitchen.tablevibe.co/orders/all or navigate to the "All Orders" tab on kitchen.tablevibe.co.

  2. Click on "Export Orders" or "Export Products". It may take a few minutes for your data to be downloaded.

    • "Export Orders" reports revenue per order, including customer details. This file also contains data on when promo codes were redeemed and if customers opted in to receive marketing messages from you.

    • “Export Products” reports revenue by product. Please note you only have to click on the download icon once.

  3. Data from the past 30 days will be downloaded unless specified otherwise in the "Specify a date range" box. The maximum date range is 31 days to avoid long loading times. Should you need data from the past quarter or year, you may download the data in multiple batches.
