To update your restaurant's opening hours on specific dates or add days in which you are closed, visit kitchen.tablevibe.co > Settings > Locations > Opening hours.
At the bottom of the page, you can set custom hours days for special opening times (e.g., closing at 5 PM on Christmas Eve). To mark full-day closures, use additional closed days.
We recommend not pausing ordering, as this blocks customers from placing preorders for when you reopen.
Preorders placed before setting irregular hours (or pausing your store) will not be auto-cancelled. To cancel them, go to All Orders and check the "Ordered for" column. If any are placed during closed hours, you can cancel them via Live Orders > Select Location > Choose the date. Once cancelled, your customer will be automatically updated via SMS and receives a full refund.
